Hi guys

Can anyone tell me the difference between the two types of vga block for my 980t i(VERY NEW TO THIS)

EK-FC Titan X - Acetal and EK-FC Titan X - Acetal+Nickel

The price is only around 10 euro difference

performance is quite the same, the difference is the base.
EK-FC Titan X - Acetal - has copper base
EK-FC Titan X - Acetal+Nickel has nickel base
performant wise they are the same.

thing is, you want the same base in a loop, so if you have copper, you go with the simple acetal, if you have the nickel, you go to the acetal+nickel.

yes i do believe the new AIO from EK has copper base, so you should go with the acetal version.
Just double check to make sure.

my bad, i remained with some scars. It's aluminium you should not mix.

nickel and copper are pretty close, and the risk of galvanic corrosion is quite small.

Yeah, thankfully not many WC bits are aluminium these days

Nickel blocks are still copper based, they just have a Nickel coating.
