Waterchiller info??

I was thinking of going chilled water for a while, but I CBA with the hassle of sub-ambient (or more correctly, sub dew point). That would mean I would want the water to be about 5 - 10'C, but then, the hassle and expense for chilled water is hardly worth it for 15 - 20'C cooling improvement.
