watercool kit

Nope it does not. For drain tap, depends were you want to place it really.

Easiest thing I guess would be after the outlet on the pump, put in a splitter: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/ek-water-blocks-ek-af-x-splitter-4f-g14-nickel-wc-943-ek.html off which you have a ball valve or something: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/xspc-ball-valve-chrome-wc-40e-xs.html connected with a couple of extensions: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/ek-water-blocks-ek-af-extender-12mm-m-m-g1-4-nickel-wc-9hz-ek.html and the extra plugs on the extension filled with a blanking plate https://www.overclockers.co.uk/ek-water-blocks-ek-csq-plug-g1-4-for-ek-badge-nickel-wc-619-ek.html and one of the runs off the splitter being the main flow to rest of your loop.

Can look around for cheaper part's but just an example.

Above is your best option, pick a low point where you can see naturally good drainage in your loop and add the splitter/value and a stop (stop not essential but good just in case at a quid). I’ve got a rotary 90 off the port on mine so you can turn it in and hide or angle to drain, again extra few quid makes life easier in the long run.

What I am increasingly thinking also is adding a few ball valves in the loop, not to drain just to close off and make hardware changes without such a huge drain of fluid...
