finally got to change the system over from air cooled to water cooled, was using a stock intel cooler and it was struggling idled at 50degrees jumping to about 70degrees had cpu set to 4ghz. What a difference the water set up makes cpu set to 4.7ghz idles at 38degrees and using everest stress test its maxing out at 62degrees :) :)
Water kit im using just now is the zalman res 1 plus took out internal pump fitted an external swiftech mcp650 240mm rad with 4 fans on push n pull onto a zalman cpu block want to change this to something better any suggestions guys

you want a new cpu block, right?

heatkiller is good, ek supreme HF even better, or if you're feeling like splashing the cash for a bit more peen, kryos cuplex silver edition :p

been looking at this Aqua Computer Cuplex XT "Two Part cooler means the coolant flows twice through the copper plate, this multiplies the effective flow velocity and the cooling surface has been greatly increased over the previous version, without affecting significantly the flow resistance.
The floor is made of highly pure copper and has a much larger pin structure for heat transfer. The water is in the middle of the heavily nickel-plated brass worked out first jet field are accelerated and passed on the first part of the pin surface of the copper. The water flows through two return channels to the second nozzle structure and is accelerated to the second part of the pin surface. Then the water flows through another return channel back to the outlet."

think this is the one for me :)
