Hi,
I was wondering if it was possible to buy something so you can actually see the water moving around in the loop, as it is (swiftech kit) all you see is the occasional bubble and green :p
Would be nice for aesthetic reasons to see the water moving around, can you buy some sort of additive (without sacrifising performance/life of the product) to achieve this safely?

Thanks in advance

I know you can get hold of flow meters for loops and they can also have an lcd temp display telling you the temp of the water and also a preset alarm temp that if the water exceeds, it warns you. Haven't got a clue where to get it from.
As to bits flowing in your water, I can't see it being healthy for your loop.

Thermaltake do flowmeter which is a peice of pipe with a 6 prong red fan which spins round.

Can't link to a pic cause they are all competitors sites.

Going to be getting some flow meters into stock later this week. :)

Getting any LCD temp displays to go with them? I know you sell the Alphacool LCD displays but I'm referring to the smaller ones you can fit in your case that monitor temps and give a warning with regards to exceeding temps.

think i explained myself badly, i am not after a flow meter but a way of visually seeing the water moving around so i can integrate it into a case design i was thinking of

As it is at the moment it is just a green and doesnt really look good enough to be afeature visible outside of the case, if there was a way of adding something to make the flow visible (in kids toys they used to add glitter or some shiny substance, which obviously cant be used in a watercooling setup)

cheers for the replies so far

I doubt it because it will surely cause contamination over time. It would be great if you could add some neon tetra (fish).:D

Its on my list. :)

Don't know of one with an alarm built in though, do you happen to know a manufacturer?
