I hate the really thick winter gloves and these are spot on, a little thicker than none insulated gloves but only a little.
 
Is the cuff on those Furygans long enough to close the (potential) gap between your sleeve and glove? I was put off the Furygans by the relatively short cuff.

It's around 1.5 inches just from a quick look no where near as big as my Alpinestar summer gloves but it doesn't cause me any issues as I wear XL - 2XL jackets but only have short arms so there's plenty of sleeve :o
