More like it I'm thinking. H70 installed and testing:

vcore 1.25 and a stable 4004Ghz + max load temps in prime of 75 degrees.

so how did you find out it is stable? did you prime run for 8hrs +? or just 10 mins?

here is a OC i did on my rig with H50 + P/P Apahes running 1000rpm. Amb Room Temp 23c. 3.8Ghz i7 920 D0.. @1.212 bios with 6x2GB..

Run for 7 hrs. However having seen your voltage and your O/C I'm going to knock it down to try and shave a little more heat of the idle and max loads.
