Too injury prone at the moment, though no-one can deny his ability. If I had to choose between Rooney and Jeffers though, I know which one I'd rather choose, and it's the guy who's still with us, purely for his potential and how good he could actually be.

Have you lot noticed as well, how much his shooting action is like Beckham's? If you see a replay of the goal again (very likely I imagine), watch his left foot and the way he bends it over like Beckham does. I think that's one thing that gives Beckham the whip and bend he gets, and Rooney certainly got a lot of it for his goal on Saturday.
