would two 240 black ice stealth's be sufficient for a q6600 (soon to be clocked) and 2 4890 ( also soon to be clocked) the reason i ask is my haf 922 will only take one and i think i will use two just to be safe but i dont want to hack my case up if it isn't going to help look forward to any help

A single 120.1 will do a Q6600 to under 60C so 2x240s shold be fine but remember, it's not the rads that determine the temps, it's the airflow.

And that "sufficient" is a relative term. Your "sufficient" might be my "unnecessarily cool and overly loud".
