So looking at water-cooling my 250d, however would a 240mm rad be sufficient for a 4790k and a 770gtx? Neither are overclocked.
I could fit a 140mm rad also, not sure how much of an affect it would have

D5 is considered one of the best pumps you can buy and will be more than adequate for your loop and any expansion in the future.

D5's are awesome. it just amazes me how much you can run of a single pump.

all the stuff in my sig is off a single D5 and my temps are great.

Perfect, thanks again Jokester! Last question, what tube side should I go with? I've used 7/16" 5/8" before however I think this will look a bit large in a mini its case

That's a good start however id get higher rpm fans due to running on a single rad with 2 conponents.

Ah good point, will swap them out for a pair of SP120 PWM High Pressure fans

No you could just get a higher rpm version of the noiseblockers. Because the 4790k is a hot running chip itself some reach 80 degrees with it hooked to a h100 let alone adding a 770 in

I have the B12-3 and they're a cracking fan, volt controls really well down to inaudible levels, but at full tilt can generate a lot of airflow. Very close performance wise to the Typhoons.

What fan controller do you use if you don't mind me asking?

Hardware Labs Black ICE Radiator GT Stealth 240-I'd not recommend this rad, look for some test of it.240mm rad is really not enough for summer time in my opinion. My setup on one rad 360mm phoyba g-charge (60mm thick) for i3570k and hd7970 was just about right.
