Hello all,

Just finished my first ever WC build. I have a Palit gtx570 sonic which is a non reference design card. When playing Skyrim (not the most challenging I know) it would stay a constant 70c with the fans on around 65-70% which was quite loud.

I now have added this to my loop along with my cpu using a EK H30 240 kit and an additional 120 rad. I have 6 fans in total all in pushpull on both rads. Yesterday on a solid 3 hours of Skyrim on ultra settings my card didn't get above 45c. A MASSIVE 25c lower.

Is this the kind of difference right? Someone I dont think it can be right, but then I have no experience of this before. It idles at 28-30c.

I have to agree with Jokester, my 580's in SLI dropped from 81* top card, and 75* bottom card to 46*, 45* respectively.

i have 3 overclocked 470's these stacked in a case would normlly be over 100 with water the idle at 29-31-30 and top out at 62-65-64 and make no noise at all now ;)

Water is the way forward
