WC question

Which processor? Although if i'm honest, that would easily manage any CPU on the market today. You could also use the fans that came with the rad on the other side so you have a sort of push pull, but i doubt it would be worth it. Short answer: Yes.

The rad itself is fine, but you will need good fans with good static pressure, like either the apache or noctua fans. This is due to the rad having high fin density.

That would be for optimal performance though, but any fans will do realisticly if ur not to bothered about having pure performance.

all be it the thicker fans would be better, in the case u are using it then it will be fine, and the rad itself will cope with cooling your cpu just fine.
