WD Advanced RMA Replacement

My experience is mixed.

Had a recertified drive very quickly and promptly returned mine in the box the replacement came in. Got a bit worried after a few weeks that they still hadn't received my faulty drive. Had to scan in proof of sending and the proof of receipt until they eventually found it.

However, that said my mate works for a pc shop and returns a lot and he's had no trouble at all.

I think the turn-around was 10 days ~
