WD Passport being temperamental

So I bought a WD Passport - 160GB. This one...

And its playing up, sometimes i can access it, sometimes i cant, but it normally shows up in my computer when plugged in, but sometimes clicks and doesnt activate. I only bought it 2 weeks ago. What do i do? Im going to ring WD tech support tommorow but what do you think the outcome will be?

Okay now i think its a goner, keeps clicking

Send it back to where you bought it for a replacement. Same thing happened to my step-dad's one.

Fortunately mine has been OK so far, touch wood.
