That is my thought. SSD cannot offer anywhere near the capacity of these new drives for the price point. If I actually had a normal PC, I'd have an SSD for Windows, Veloci for programs and use my Synology for file storage with a 2TB in.

Well im looking into getting 4 128 kingston SSD drives to RAID 0. a lot games i own i have huge texture packs and the normal HDD just cannot handle loading all that data on the fly. One game that struggles with my WD 500gb HDD is fallout 3. They way the game loads the data on the fly makes my system stutter to high heaven. I have read that a couple of SSD drives will eliminate this. I get stuttering on other game titles aswell. But not all my games stutter.
