I just need to confirm if this sounds like a RMA.
Hard drive has been working fine for 17 months, and I've recently been using it as my main drive.
Today, I had a display kernel error, and it crashed. Now it won't boot & I cannot see the drive in the BIOS. I've tried it in another machine with the same result.
Edit: I've also used different cables, and tried the WD Data Life software on BootDisk, but it doesn't even see the drive.
Dead?
