I recently shocked that exact drive - havnt had any issues with it (other than preventive wear levelling noise)

Ok just for the record, I have one of these, and went ahead and split my enclosure. Found inside a white labeled DC HC530 12TB.

Formats to 10.9TB

Works on fully wired sata power connector without needing the 3v pin mod.
