WD's RE3 or Black

Hi, I decided to get either:

3x 500GB WD Blacks 32MB Cache £138
or
3x 320GB WD RE3 16MB Cache £159

Not bothered about the Size difference only want them for a 3xRaid setup, what would be better? I heard the RE3 are basically blacks but more suitable for Raid setups? Correct me if I'm wrong, also whats a better Raid for 3 drives??

eh **** it, the 640GB Black would be faster than the 500GB and would have 2x320GB platters so be pretty much pointless spending the extra cash on a RE3 320GB. Issue resolved
