As far as I can make out, your wife told you she would be somewhere, but she wasn't.

Where was she? (You need to ask her this.)

If she gives an answer that makes sense and gives you no reason for concern, then move on and forget it.

If she can't give a straight answer and instead makes excuses, or gives half answers, then you have good reason to worry and need to have a much deeper discussion with your wife about your relationship.
