Apparently I am 10% more effective when working from home. I feel almost like I have something to prove and therefore work a bit harder. Most people whom I work with are around the same at work or at home. I don't agree home workers are lazy.

I'm the opposite, do as little as possible to avoid getting caught out for not paying attention on Teams calls.

If I can contribute effectively without any effort then off goes the camera and on goes Fall Guys or Cuphead.

That's quite possibly a mindset thing; wearing those clothes put him in the mindset for work?

Yes this true. If we say we put you on hold and it goes quiet, your call centre agent has muted their mic. I'm yet to hear anything detrimental but then I'm nice on the phone.
