Totally agree I hate this exhaust trend that seems to be the norm on most cars now. I find myself sitting behind cars looking at pea shooter exhausts just sitting in the middle of the giant surrounds they really do cheapen expensive cars. Mercedes seem to be the worst for it with the A class and C class some of them only have one exhaust but two holes lol. There was uproar on PH because Audi have done it with the new SQ5 which looked far better with normal exhausts on the older gen.

Anyone else think the rear looks like the latest Chevy Camaro in the top pics?
 
Knew it wouldn't look as good as the old one. The front is just bog standard BMW, nothing special.

...And yea, obviously fake exhaust ends are obvious. They all look cheap.

I really don't like the grille (why is it SO oversized?) and the entire rear just looks....bizarre! Hopefully it's just a dodgy angle? If the rear looks like this, BMW have won:

Looks more like the bigger brother to a Lexus LC500 from that angle.

The front just looks absolutely poor with that weird grille design :(
