thread reminds me I need to contact insurance company about a change of address! No doubt it will now go up..

<derail>I don't remember asking for outright socialism, nor the EU, or asking to invade the middle east. </derail>

My g/f was, until recently, living in Liverpool (Wavertree/Sefton Park so not exactly the worst area), and her car insurance was £2000 more in Liverpool that her mum's house in the sticks in rural shropshire where she is now. For perspective the premium in the sticks is £550.

I have been getting a lot of quotes myself recently using different parameters and I'm sure they just have a random number generator.
