Hi All,
Not sure where to post this to be honest.
I am after a website where there is a load of word/puzzle/brain teaser/in general type games.
I used to play on one years and years and years ago but i dont recall its name.
Anyone know a legit site? Preferably free to play not signing up for subs.
Any suggestions? (yes I googled, it was unhelpful)
Thank you earthlings.

Do you still have Flash files on your computer? I have over 1000 of them and didn't want to delete them simply because Adobe took it off Macromedia and proceeded to butcher it with security flaws. So after 2020, which was the cut-off for web browser integration, I carried on playing Flash files using the standalone player. Some of it is games but also plenty of comedy animations.

You can still download the standalone player for Windows, Mac and Linux off Github. Was fine for me and no anti-virus prompts.

If you're looking for specially in-browser games in 2026, then I imagine they would be in HTML5 now. HTML5 is kinda like MHT where all of the assets are stored inside of 1 file so you can still right click it and save it as a single file to your PC to play off site.

Hey Monseratt!
Sadly no I dont, i was only very young when I played them on macromedia etc so that family PC is long long gone.
Fantastic, Ill get the boss to help me with your suggestion and do that. Thank you again, I hope you are keeping well? :)

If you want to play Solitaire, Spider, Mahjongg and Sudoku in your browser, I use the following.

Just make sure you have an adblocker installed.

There's not many of them left which are free to play, but for a '1 a day' approach, the NY Times puzzle page allows you to play Wordle, Strands, Connections, Sudoku, and some others without subscription.

No GeoGuessr? - For anyone not wanting to sub (and if the official free tier isn't enough), you can play unlimited challenge mode here: https://geochallenges.me/

... There are also a load of pretty good games on YouTube playables

Hey there :-) Yes I'm doing good thanks. I still see Andy in Stafford who we've met with you and Mr Seakitchen a while back! I still use Monserrat actually as my clubbing handle as fellow clubbers still remember that name from the 2000s and the franchises such as Godskitchen have stepped back up big time in recent years.
