Hi there,
I currently have the forward and back buttons on my mouse that I am so used to, and I always use ctrl+enter to add www. and .com to things in the address bar.

for example, typing google then pressing ctrl + enter will go to www.google.com.

I use this all the time, but is there a shortcut for .co.uk? I'm from the UK and so visit a lot of .co.uk sites. Any ideas?

Yeah thanks Sirius, but maybe instead of just posting digs at people for not searching google ( because I did ), it would be best to make sure that's actually what they want.
It was for internet explorer, although I forgot to put that in the opening post.

Thanks Monkey for them other ones, i'm sticking with IE though.

Ive just checked and they work in IE too

Thanks Monkey, i'm afraid i'm mainly on my laptop so the middle button isn't there, but on my desktop I will use them from time to time.

Sirius B,
That's pretty handy, and an interesting read, it's amazing what can be done in the registry. However, I do use .com a lot of the time and I was wondering if there was a .co.uk auto shortcut, but wasn't wanting to get rid of the .com shortcut.
I'm going to have a browse around the registry and see if it's possible to add another shortcut, who knows.
Either way,
I would have to agree with you and call you awesome, I may even go as far as to name you the forum genius, if you found a way to get this shortcut to work. That would have to be without any third party software that may slow down my comp. Working with either google chrome or IE ( Either is good ).
