There aren't really any I can think of. If youre looking for help then Stack Overflow is your best bet. If you want inspiration or demos then try Inspired magazine or Smashing mag.

The lessons are awesome and the forum is a great place for help.
They do some awesome weekly videos bringing you information on cool and interesting things from around the web, plus industry pro interviews and in detail looks at things.
It's not free though but at $25 a month, it's a bargain.

I lurk on the reddit web_design subreddit, sitepoint and he css-tricks forum. But honestly forums are redudant these days, your best bet is to go on hackernews and reddit. I also idle on the reddit irc which has some great folks always ready to help.
