You'll need to give a bit more info.

How big will the site be? (how many pages/sections?)
What sort of functionality do you need? (some sort of ecommerce i assume?)

If its eCommerce and you want an agency to do it then anywhere from £3500 upwards depending on functionality / amount of products / import of existing products etc.

Don't forget to factor in the running costs of advertisement, and maintenance.
