Hi guys,

A guy who works for me has been going on p*rn sites and subsequently got lots of viruses on one of the networked pc's. I want to know if there are any free and good content filters I can install so this won't happen again? I have dealt with him but don't want this to happen again with any other employees.

Cheers in advance :)

I would recommend this, it's very simple but has always worked perfectly for me (except for https:// sites, which I think all of them have some problems with, but probably won't matter is it's specifically pornography you're hoping to block - it's more of an issue with some gambling sites)

I wrote my own,
turns out I only needed a small DOS batch file to do it.

it scans the firewall log looking for the tracker urls that pron sites use,
(as well as the obvious keywords used in links)

so as soon as he strays away from say 'bbc.co.uk' to 'pron.com',
his browser is remotely shut down.

It doesn't slow web access down as it's just a passive system,
and there is nothing to install.
I couldn't justify the server usage of a big program just to handle one or two users.
