Web front end to Subversion

Hello,

I'm after a bit of advice. I'd like to write a web based front end to subversion that would allow me to create repositories, users and so forth. I'm fairly familiar with Linux and manipulating subversion via the command line, and also with PHP. However I think this is probably going to be a Perl based project, has anyone got any suggestions and / or decent tutorials on linking bash scripts to a web front end?

Trac is pretty nice and is written in python, open source, so you should be able to get the idea of how it works just looking at the codebase.

Cheers for that, they all seem to be missing the function of adding new repository's - but Insurrection looks like an excellent starting point.
