Web Graphics sometimes don't load!

When I have accessed my msn email, logging out sends you to the MSN UK home page which invariably fails to load the jpg's and gifs etc. Switching to MSN.COM absolutlely no problems at all. Browser is IE 8. Occasionally other web sites follow the MSN UK pattern of not loading the graphics and yes in Tools / Internet Options / Advanced / Multimedia, the box which says Show Pictures is checked.

Anyone else experiencing this?

No, it does sound as though it could be browser related, do you get the same effect in other browsers?

Only use IE 8
May be crappy Tiscali as my ISP doesn't help - who knows
