Web hosting

Gentlemen and Ladies.

I'm sure this has been asked a million times, and yes, I've searched and read but the replies are slightly different for the question I'm about to ask.

I'm after a web host that is as cheap as possible that will allow me to use Wordpress Blogging software (so it needs to have MySQL and Php support).

Does anyone have any prior knowledge/usage of a webhost that they use Wordpress with? If so, please provide me with some details!

looking at the middle of the range package. Not bad for what works out to be about £4 a month?! WIll this suffice for my needs?

Have a look at http://www.register1.net

Loads of people here use them, and their Pro package comes with a Wordpress powertool

Yes, I only have the basic plan for my business web site and uses MySql and php.. Speak Simon, and say Paul Hudson recommended. He'll look after you. As i said, they are pretty flexible.

I did need a bit more bandwidth and they were quite happy to add more without any extra charge or upgrading to next package.. I've been with them for about 4 years I think. Never any problems.
