Webcam - Morphing / background changer application? Anyone recommend?

A friend of mine has bought his daughter a laptop with a webcam. She's used his mac in the past and she like the built in features to green screen, change the background and morph the image etc.

Is there an application for a Microsoft OS that can do this? Free would be good. Super cheap would be OK (eg: £10)!

Most the logitech web cams are bundled with something similar - can do the morphing and add things to the video.

This has got a built in webcam (I believe). So the hardware is already there, just need the software.

cyberlink youcam does these things. no idea how much i wud be to buy tho came with me netbook!

Is there any need for a rolleyes? Installing the Windows 7 Beta is a perfectly valid free solution. No need to bite his head off.

But seriously, an entire OS install with all the problems that come with it, just to add a clown nose on your face when using a web cam? Hmmm....

Maybe I should have phrased my delivery of information a little better.

Windows 7 provides this functionality by default, not quite the answer that fulfils your full specs but if you were planning on giving Win7 a try then it would solve your problem!
