Webcam

They're all the same at that budget. The thing that matters the most with cheap webcams is driver support. Get any cheap cam from either Logitech or Microsoft. Image quality will be the same and depend more on your connection than the optics used
 
I just got a Microsoft Lifecam 3000 to use with facetracknoir actually, its face tracking software to use in flight sims and stuff for view control.

Its not full hd but 720p and the quality I'd guess is average but can be found very cheaply online < £20 which I'd class as a cheap and cheerful buy.
 
Logitech C270 is a bit better buy. I've both models and they are mostly the same, but a bit better framerate is on C270 (Amcap), and driver setting seems "wider" on Logitech.
