Webmail that use Outlook 2003

any webmail that has pop3/http/imap as options can be used with outlook 2003. infact i use all 3

lycos - http
pipex (my isp) - imap
gmail - pop3

i'd go for gmail - it's probably the best mail there is at the moment and it's free. some providers charge you to use pop3/http/imap etc.... :)

Sorry what i mean is i went a email services i can access away from home as i travel a lot. so i am wanting a online email services where i can collect all my emails from different accounts like my own, work and others. But i been told there are providers out there that use outlook web mail or what ever it called know what i mean?

outlook web mail?
I know if you have 2K3 server you can use some module or other to setup a webmail to use with exchange but I'd just use Gmail, you can get it to collect external email, leave copys on the server etc and have it all pop3,
careful how you set it up tho

afaik nothing can really collect from multiple accounts like you'd want. you have to take into account how you access the mail from each account - protocols/security etc

you could forward mail from each individual account to the gmail account however. :)
