Webpages trying to save instead of load as usual

Hey all,

I work in the libraries in my local council, providing IT support. A customer has come in and had a right old rant saying that when he tried to go to www.facebook.com on our machines, the page doesn't load and instead he is given a save, open or cancel dialogue that you get when you right click and save target as.

I have seen this a few times now, and it only happens with facebook. We use IE7. Any ideas? I can't see anything on google.

Are you sure the libary doesnt have a policy blocking facebook?

Scrap IE and use a real browser!

Nope no policy for facebook. We have a proxy with an access control list, but nothing to block facebook. It works 9 times out of 10, but occasionally that issue happens instead. IE isn't my personal favourite, but it's much easier to lock down via group policy etc.
