Evening gents,

Im looking to add a comments section to multiple pages of a website. However after some intensive googling there seems to be a miriad of options leaving me a bit confused.

What I want for my site is comments on multiple pages, so for this im guessing I will need to use a database and each article to be a .php file with a script to insert/retrieve the information to/from database.

Just to put this in perspective ive never used a database and have fairly limited php experience (just a mailto script).

So im asking for advice or a good tutorial you may have used in the past. Or indeed if there is a better option I have overlooked.

Thanks

Thanks for replying man, that is an option I was not aware of.

However I would prefer to a more manual method to get to grips with php and data bases.

Anyone else?

I may be reading that site wrong but... they want you to pay $30 for a comment script and $100 to install it? Christ almighty that's a rip...

You can use it for free with a "powered by" link to their site under the form. Or pay £17 to remove it. Got it set up after a bit of messing about. Quite impressed with it :)
