Website menu buttons/flash menu help?

Wondered if anyone could recommend some could free flash buttons (without advertising) or perhaps if someone has 5 mins design some for me to fit this website

I dont really like the current ones in use, so if anyone has any recommendations it would be appreciated.

Just a question but if it's to simply recreate that function but look different why use flash? There are plenty of java type menus out there which would suit this function...

Hi thanks for the reply, I'm happy to use anything really but i was looking for advice really on what other people thought would look best.

I dont like the softery advertising on the menu im using at the moment, but i cant really complain because its free. I just dont know how to actually design them in java or flash myself.
