Just to make this clear, this website is not fake, it's *****

I ordered a power supply off them on the 3rd of April and it still hasn't be dispatched. I sent them an email on the 7th asking them when they were going to send it and got a reply:
"Your order is currently with our purchasing department and will be processed shortly. Despatch notification will be emailed when your order is shipped"
It's not the 11th April and it still hasn't be dispatched. I've heard a few people on HUKD saying that they ordered a similar power supply and got an email saying that they cant ship it because it's not in stock but they did get a refund.

Should I leave it and hope they send it or ask for a refund now?

Dude you have been rippped that is wayyyy too much.

Just got an email saying "Unfortunately the item that you are after is currently out of stock and we have been unable to source one for you, so we will refund you in full."
I heard that this happened to two other people trying to buy the same psu. Crescent electronics is a joke of a website. Avoid them like the plague.

we all shop here so the chance of going elsewhere is very slim, even to save a few £££ its just not worth it being tight.

have you learnt your lesson dude :)

So I cried to them and said "This will be the last time I ever buy any items from your company and I will discourage others from buying at all costs".

Funnily enough they manage to find 2 and they are now putting the order through. I would still avoid them though in future.

There not the greatest but when they sell an item for around £20 cheaper than most places it does the job. Still won't be May until I get free delivery here so I'll have to stick to the usual places for now.

I got it dispatched with next day delivery but I didn't receive an invoice. Another thing I was curious about was that on the dpd packaging, it said it was sent from scam and not the place I originally bought it from. Any ideas why this is?

They ordered it from scam and sent it to you.

Thanks for inadvertently reposting the name I was dying to know what PSU could possibly cost £200,000. Must be for SLI'd 580s :p

Scam are selling it for £86 though and I bought it for £68. How does that work?
May be down to restocking and the fact Sterling took a relative hammering since they last did it or maybe they got a cheap lot that was quickly exhausted since it appeared on HUKD.

Around Christmas time the Antec TruePower New 650W jumped from ~£65 to ~£85 on the major etailers.
