Website overhaul - thoughts?

I found a fully customisable but simple flash gallery online (was about $20 I think, it was a while ago now so can't really remember) then designed the site around the gallery, using photoshop. I then got a friend of mine to code it all and put it all together how I wanted it - i.e. simple and intuative but nice to look at!

(The navgation etc was all built from scratch though)
