Website playing silly buggers

You'll have to forgive the lack of technical know-how here, but I've got a few issues with my website (twblack.com).

It was working fine, but I haven't been able to get it to respond for several days, but the hosts (000webhost.com) claim it's fully operational and responding.

I've asked several friends to check for me, it works fine for some of them and not for others.

Any ideas as to what could be causing this?

Well I'm probably not the best person to advise, but it sounds like a DNS resolving issue. If I try to PING, NSLOOKUP or TRACERT to twblack, it can't resolve the hostname.

Edit: of your nameservers, one is not responding to pings (dns2.000webhost.com) and the other is 'not authoritative'. I don't know what this means and if it's a critical thing, but I suggest you google for DNS checkers or tests (or something similar) and check out the various results.
