Website to request exchange of sky box?

I had a faulty Q minibox a while back and happened upon a website on the sky forums where you could just arrange your own exchange without having to speak to anyone..

I'd like to do the same with my main Q box as it's a bit twitchy but I can't for the life in me find the address.. anyone got any idea what I'm talking about and able to furnish me with the url?

Thought that service got removed about 2 years ago. I could be wrong but pretty sure you have to contact them now since they introduced Sky protect.
