They use their own approved file transfer, is my distinction.

I send to all Solicitors, Experts etc with AMS but they do provide their own if we need to. The only problem some have is unzipping X-rays when they are in multiple files so I attach a SOP.

Well start with the NHS since we use AMS File Transfer.
A lot of Solicitors use Sharefile - https://www.citrix.com/en-gb/lp/sharefile/
