What do you think of this website
goflyfishing co uk (don't want them seeing this oops) I did one admittedly with frames, but as I wasn't up to updating the prices over Christmas. They had it done with these jokers :p


Have I just go sour grapes or does it look pants ?

That's an awful, awful site.

Also, the retards have used the EXACT same design for their own website (click the FTT link at the bottom).

BTW, this might be better in the HGP forum.
 
I'm struggling to understand what you're trying to say in your post.
Were you the original designer but they didn't like your design so they went of with someone else?
Now you're jealous?

How on earth did you get business if you write like you do in your OP...

Site is fine, conveys everything in a good easy way. No faf which is a nice change.

I'm guessing you work for FTT if you think that website is fine.
It may have been fine in 1998, not so much now.

What I find perplexing is that FTT has moved on from tables and on to CSS. Classes look to be semantically named and yet it fails validation and looks like it was designed in the 90s. Strange really. Why go through the trouble of learning CSS if you're not even going to do it right.

yeah looks aweful. any chance we can see the design you did? even if it's just a screenshot?

i have no doubt yours is a million times better, i'm just curious to see what they turned down if they ended up going with that.
