Hi all,
I’m at a loss at the moment.
I am with Lila Connect with 1gb down and 1gb up. Had no issues until the last few days.
Some apps on multiple TVs won’t play videos such as Netflix, Amazon, some hit and Miss like Disney Plus.
On 3 different devices, 2 iPhones, 1 iPad some websites open on 1 but not others and vice Versa.
For example using exact same setup, I can get on the Lotto site but another iPhone and iPad on the same network can’t buy they can go on other sites.
I am using a NETGEAR Nighthawk RAX200 which has never been an issue before and even plugged in the TP Link router provided by Air Broadband (use Lila fibre) and the same thing is happening.
I’ve unplugged everything including the Lila Connect box and the lights flash green as expected. Routers show internet connection.
Any ideas what on earth is going on? Can’t phone either Lila or Air as they aren’t open on weekends.
