Websites to learn about how IP, network etc works - recommendations please

Im currently doing a Network/Technician course, and because of this I have to learn about the way IP addresses etc work in a little more detail than the knowledge I've had to pick up previously.
I've got my course materials, but wondered if anyone knew of any good websites, to help reinforce and read around the subject.
For example right now Im reading the section on network classes A-E, rules for host addressing etc.

Anyone know of any good places for greater reading, ranging from beginners to more advanced materials?
