Sorry guys. Just wanted to know what my chances were

Hi there
We placed this RAM on **WEEKEND SPECIAL** at £38.99, the clue is in the name their guys, weekend special.
However because are price was literally giving this stuff away, it sold way way quicker than could be anticipated, this meant our slightly cheaper batch ran out and we moved onto a move expensive batch and as margins were so slim we have to move the price slightly whilst on weekend offer to prevent making a loss. We could have just removed it from sale stating sold out, but instead we moved the price by £3.
As such the price moved by just £3 during the weekend too £41.99 for the remainder of the weekend, still an absolutely crazy price.
The weekend has since ended and the RAM is now at a price which is still below the original £59.99 we launched this memory at and even at the original price of £59.99 it is worth every penny.
We may do other specials but I can tell you now, we won't be offering it at sub £45 again.
RAM prices also seem to be currently going up not down.

Please check the thread date.
Can people stop bumping an old thread and causing confusion for others who then think a special deal is on.
