Now that's a silly comparison, sure on the pitch Cahill may be a bit rough sometimes but off pitch he's done some good things.(visited sick children in hospital, signed autographs for 2 hours after match..)
What about Carvalho? he's a real dirty sod sometimes but you couldn't compare him with some lowlife coward who beats teenagers up and puts them in hospital now could you?
Barton shouldn't even be playing football again ever.
We are without a recognised striker though..
Was a good game tonight anyway, great atmosphere! Makes a change to see us doing well at home, disappointed we didn't win, although I did only go in hoping for a draw!

Well i hadn't seen that but when i saw several articles about it he was apparently defending his brother in the fight otherwise he would have gone jail surely? there doesn't seem to be a great deal about what i read though....i.e what caused it for example seems to be different from wherever you read.

Im talking about another incident. He started a fight outside a club then ran off and left his mate, some Aussie Rugby league player (no idea who), to take a beating. From what i've been told that's not the only time he's done something like that either.

There's now way you can say Barton is the worst English footballer (behaviour-wise). See Lee Hughes and Luke McCormick for worse. Barton smacks some kid outside McDonalds the other two kill people after drink-driving, not really comparable.

Zenit seem intent on persuading Arsene to ***** 20mil on Arshavin to replace him. Personally, its a huge blow but he's playing very defensively at the moment, we have a billion central attacking midfielders, are priority is still the defensive midfield position. ARguably to cover for Fabregas we have, Denilson, Rosicky(
) , Ramsey, Wilshire, RVP, Diaby(meh), while for defensive mid we still have a long list including, no one at Arsenal.It is a huge blow though because assuming we buy a defensive mid, Fabregas could play like he used to and now won't be able to. It was just waiting to happen though, over reliance on one key player for 4 years, everything else went wrong this season just one more thing to go wrong and it happened.
1 off incidents (albeit about as bad as it gets) compared to continually causing trouble for Barton. Barton is also paid more and plays at a higher level, the idea of which is he is supposed to keep himself out of any form of controversy, but doesn't.
Smacked a kids in Thailand, smacked a kid outside McDonalds, Burned a keepers eye with a cigar. Beat up Dabo.
None of those are minor incidents now are they?

Have to agree, while the outcome was horrific, they didn't get into a car and intend to go and run someone over. It was stupid, reckless but no intent at all. Barton gets into fights constantly, he does it drunk, and more importantly sober, he attacked a team mate(was it a racial thing? i don't know) and almost blinded him, he did it on purpose, he is an evil little crapbag. The outcomes haven't been as bad but the fact he meant to do what he did makes him worse than the others.
4 months ruptured knee ligaments. What are Wenger and Lewin doing? Our medical staff are terrible, it was only 3 months yesterday yet in the space of a day it's now 4 months. This is beyond a joke. Wenger out.
