But any manager needs a bit of arrogance (confidence). You have to show that you're the man.

I'm a Man Utd fan, and we could have one of the most arrogant managers ever!!;)

i was just making a point. I agree its a naff cup, but a cup is a cup, which none of the other top 4 have managed this year.
 
If Arsenal turn it on today, I cannot really see us staying with them. Not unless Gerrard has a wordly. Lucas looking shaky already.
