;) I did hear a story that Gerrard had nightmares about Fletcher and how skillfull he is on the ball and what a tough man he is. :p

I am so angry right now. Fair enough Fabregas had to go but how is Cahill still on the pitch. He kicked the ball away and got told that is five, last chance! Kicking the ball away is automatic yellow and then he goes after Henry, no where near the ball.

Still played rubbish but Everton weren't any better.

I think a draw would have been a fair result, but we didn't create much in the 2nd half.

Wiley was poor, several odd free kicks, but his postional play is terrible, always in the way. Cahill went down very easily, but you can't raise you hands. Gilbert played well.

Kicking the ball away should be an automatic yellow, thats why I think the refereeing in the premiership is so inconsistent.

Raised his hand on Cahill's neck who went down as if he was shot, after Cahill tried to bring Henry down, who was booked afterwards for it, and could have been sent off, if he was booked for kicking the ball away, but that would have been harsh.

WoooooooooooooooooT! Didn't listen to it so not really sure of how well we played, but I don't care much. Getting a win over Arsenal isn't easy for us, this is the first time we've done it since the Rooney goal broke their unbeaten away record. 4 Prem wins on the bounce now, confidence will be really high, if there was ever a time for us to put a run together and cement a place away from the relegation zones and on the heels of Europe, now's the time.

Craig Bellamy has stupidly ruled himself out of the chance of banging a nail or two into Souness' coffin by gettimg himself booked last weekend and thus suspended.
Squad for tomorrow is

Bramble and Emre return to the squad meaning we only have 7 long term injuries , most of whom would be nailed on to start - Owen, Taylor, Dyer, Moore, Ameobi, Parker, Carr.
This list will more than likely have Emres name added to it by 5pm tomorrow after Souness has declared him fit - as he has twice previously , only to see the player breakdown part way through a game.
And whats more , it appears Matt Jansen agrees with me.

Freddy Shepherd isnt happy at all and has took yet another opportunity to take a swipe at the tacheless one here as it becomes more and more apparent Souness is sticking around because he knows Freddy wont sack him with the threat of a £3m payoff.
Hardman Souness? As a player maybe , but as a manager he is a gutless , spineless coward and this is portrayed through his team on the pitch.

In his press conference today Souness is looking for a rallying call from the fans , the same fans who help pay his wages and who are surounded in apathy heading into this game and who have , quite rightly , showed their feelings towards him at numerous away games this season.
He said "the players need to feel loved tomorrow".
If they actually played with any kind of conviction or passion they might well find that the love comes naturaly , we are easily pleased.
A good 90 minute shift isnt a lot to ask for , given the top brass we pay this rabble.
Amongst all this , the greatest player to ever pull on the Newcastle shirt will lead the team out looking for his 201st goal for the club to officially become the greatest goal scorer Tyneside has ever had.
No better team to do it against than the side he won his only trophy with , what a tragic waste.

Never a dull moment up here though , thats a fact. :)

Keep on keeping on , 2-1 win for the Mags.

I would put Souness in the same category as Keegan, both good players in their day. But very poor managers who can easily spend the transfer kitty offered to them but cannot form a consistent team despite having some real quality players. Blaming everyone and everything around them when things go wrong is bad management. Souness has let the fans and the players down, I know several Newcastle fans and they all want Shepherd to get rid of him. The 'sacking' clause is now quite popular with managers now-a-days. Ferguson supposedly has an £8million clause! Who would you want in to replace him if Shepherd has had enough and just fires him soon?

Mate you could put anybody in charge of Newcastle and they would do a better job than Souness.
Its quite clear he has no man management skills what so ever, he just isnt meant to be a manager of a big club.

By the looks of things Mclaren is going to be looking down the barrel as well if wigan Go on to win this comfortably.

*edit*
C'mon City build on your fantastic win last week by thrashing Bolton.

Oh hang on, another one's gone in, Isnt Bennet playing for you this week or something?
