*cries*

New manager (sort of) same old ****.

He said he wanted to give the team one more chance, how many chances do they need?
Same negative football, same team selection as last game and same lack of quailty, motivation and self belief.

I thought we were better, but that's not saying much. The Welsh weren't good, they just took their chances.

I was expecting changes, more attacking, playing two wingers, ect ect but I'll have to hope that we get changed next game, pitty it's Newcastle who will probably destroy us.

Postitive news is that game is sold out, 10'000 Newcastle fans and we've sold out :D so will be a good atmosphere.

/not that anyone cares about Sheffield Wednesday.

Liverpool, didn't see that coming (okay I was kinda hoping they'd lose) They'll put a run together at some point and with the league been fairly tight...

United, got well beaten by Fulham by all accounts, cracking result for Fulham, poor for United but United did have a lot of injuries and mainly in defence.

Snow was fun though :D came down quite bad on the way home! Looking like it's going to snow over night as well :)

I thought it was a red card.

Saw most of the Liverpool game and they really didn't play well at all, bit shocked because I thought it would be a game for Liverpool to find some form.

Masch is over rated.

Anybody watch that little Christmas story type thing on SS just then? It was quite nice. :)

And yup it shouldn't be the rule though. Absolutely ridiculous to get booked for it. What's the problem with that? And it's the same with wanting to celebrate with your fans, no need to be carded for it, it gives the player and fans both something special to remember.

The Adebayor incident deserved a yellow card, purposely riling up the opposition supporters just isn't acceptable, but running to your own fans, or just taking your shirt off and swinging it around harmlessly?

Ridiculous.

They came up with the rule to "clean" up football, as they wanted (they - big wigs at UEFA/FIFA/FA whoever came up with it) because they wanted the game to be "less working class" and removing your shirt and celebrating with fans was seen as a working class thing  I think.

It's got nothing to do with offending other cultures, because footballers the world over take of their shirts.

I think it's a bit daft, I do think if you wind up opposing fans you should be booked.

Yet again another weekend result I didn't see coming (yes I know it's only half time)

Chelsea losing so far.
United lost.
Liverpool lost.
Man City didn't draw.
