** Weekend Gaming Surface Deal! **

what's it like compared to a steel series QCK+? I very much like the QCK+ feels, so would like some opinions on how close or far away these two mats are.

Think of these more as a desk mat or desk cover rather than a mouse mat. They work perfectly well as a mouse mat and are much better than any cheap mouse mat or the desk but chances are if you need a mouse mat you would want to use another mat on top of this.

I can't really describe the difference of feeling between the two but to me they are not too far apart.

Would it be thick enough to use on a bed and for it to still feel like you're on something solid?

Not really. It is cloth basically, so you'd need a hard surface underneath. But not having to worry about doing a 360 in BF4 and running out of mouse space is amazing... I just need to stop hitting my keyboard

That will only happen if DICE fix the game to a "competent" standard or you take some form of sedative for Battlefield induced rage ;)

I'm having hard time finding a suitable gaming surface atm.
Having to work on a pretty small 800 x 400mm desk, so something between 600 x 300 - 800 x 400 would be ideal.
Can't seem to find anything within that range though.
Does anyone have any recommendations?
